Consent to the processing of personal data The user (the subject of personal data) by registering and/or filling out feedback forms on the site https://electromoment.com/en/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), undertakes to accept this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent). Acceptance of the Consent offer is registration on the website and/ or filling out a feedback form, as well as providing personal data in feedback emails. The user gives his consent to EME-AERO LLC, whose legal address is: 129626, Moscow, ext.ter.g Alekseevsky Municipal District, 3-ya Mytishchinskaya str., 16, building 37, office 42, to process his personal data with the following conditions:
This Consent is given to the processing of personal data both without and with the use of automation tools. Personal data refers to any information related to the User as a Subject of Personal Data, including last name, first name, patronymic, e-mail, contact phone number.
Consent to the processing of the User’s personal data is given only and exclusively for the purpose of using it for User Identification;
Interaction with the User, including sending notifications and information necessary to process requests and requests from the User;
Sending information to the User about special offers for products and services of EME-AERO LLC; Registration of documents related to User actions on the Operator’s website;
Ensuring the execution of normative and non-normative legal acts, as well as decisions, orders and requests of public authorities and persons acting on behalf of or on behalf of such bodies;
Analysis of the User’s interests, conducting surveys on products of interest and areas of cooperation, as well as for responding to User requests via e-mails with feedback to the address posted on the site.
The basis for processing personal data are: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (granting access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction — all mentioned options are only for the purposes specified in paragraph 3 of this Consent.
The transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation, an agreement with the participation of the personal data subject or with his consent.
Personal data is processed until all necessary procedures are completed. The processing may also be terminated at the request of the personal data subject.
The consent is valid for 10 years from the date of providing the data.
The consent may be revoked by the User or his representative by sending a written statement to the Operator or an electronic message to info_electromoment@mail.ru.
Consent may be revoked upon notification at least 30 days before the expected date of termination of data processing by the Operator. EME-AERO LLC has the right to continue processing without the permission of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152—FZ “On Personal Data” dated 07/27/2006.
EME-AERO LLC has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
By this Consent, the Subject confirms that he has reached the age of 18.
